Rude and disrespectful employees. Brought a 7 lb box in to ship ups ground to the west coast. I had already priced shipping costs on ups website, and knew cost should be around $20. Employee entered information, and declared price would be $56! When I asked why so expensive, and why nearly 3x the price calculated on ups website, she barked "it's going clear across the country, isn't it?" I left, went across the street to Staples and sent my package via ups ground for a much more reasonable $25.
