Findlay Market, Ohio's oldest continually operating covered market, is seeking a new food business to fill a prominent spot. The Corporation for Findlay Market put out a request for proposals seeking a new food business to fill a corner spot inside of the covered market. That space was previously filled by Greekish, and prior to that was the home of Areti's Gyros. Greekish had been open in Findlay Market for just about a year. Kelly Lanser, Findlay Market's interim CEO, said its owner decided a food stall wasn't his passion.
