BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Police in Bowling Green on Friday captured two inmates who escaped from a jail in northwest Ohio the day before, officials said. Justin Firman, 36, and Dakota Embry, 24, were caught about 12:30 p.m. Friday in Fostoria, Ohio, about 30 minutes southeast from Northwest Community Corrections Center, the jail from which they escaped in Bowling Green. Both were charged with escape and were transported to the Wood County Justice Center. Additionally, 30-year-old Emma Bulser, of Deshler, Ohio, was arrested and charged with felony obstructing justice.
